A Word From Our Clients
Our approach is to graduate our clients. Hear from some we have partnered with to walk on their healing journey.
Because of Apricus, we have moved from a place of confusion and defeat to a place of hope. In a short amount of time, we are much better equipped with new tools and understanding to handle and work through our challenges. Apricus has truly changed our lives for the better! I cannot recommend them enough!
My family has had the most wonderful experience with Corinne at Apricus! My kids love therapy and she makes it fun for all of us, while also making us feel comfortable to share and address what is needed in each session.
Corinne is the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and I have never seen a therapist care more for their patients. She tailors to her patients and how they learn and grow best. She prepares for sessions before and after actual session times and it shows. Can’t recommend her and Apricus enough!
My family has worked with Brooke for a couple of years now. The growth we have experienced has been incredible. She has appropriately challenged us to make growth in all areas of our lives. I cannot recommend her and her staff more. 5 STARS… that’s an easy decision for me!
I have been going to Apricus Counseling for about a year and it has had a huge positive impact on me! The staff is so kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend Apricus to any friends looking for counseling!
I have been a client of Amanda Phillips for the past two years, and I can’t overstate how much of a positive impact she and Apricus Counseling have had on my life. From the very first session, Amanda created a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where I felt truly heard and understood. Her insights, compassion, and guidance have helped me navigate personal challenges, gain clarity, and develop healthier coping strategies.
Thanks to her expertise, I’ve made significant progress in my personal growth and confidence. She is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly kind and empathetic. I always leave our sessions feeling more empowered and equipped to handle life’s ups and downs.
If you’re looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and is committed to helping you grow, I highly recommend Amanda Phillips. She is great!
Apricus Counseling has been such a help in my healing journey! They are so flexible to everyone’s specific needs and truly want you to grow. Would very highly recommend!!
My family used Amanda at Apricus Counseling for two separate psychological evaluations. Both times Amanda was easy to work with and talk to for my kids (ages 15 and 9) and me. We did intake appointments remotely and then went to her office for the actual evaluations. The concluding reports were thorough and accurate. I'm thankful for this service. If I lived in Louisville, I'm sure I would use Amanda and Apricus Counseling for additional therapy services.
I am so happy that we found Corinne at Apricus Counseling. She has been intentional, knowledgeable, and committed in her sessions with my daughter. My daughter has grown in her confidence and ability to express her feelings and desires, helping her to gain a sense of safety and to boldly become the best version of herself!
I can’t say enough positive things about Amanda Phillips and Apricus Counseling. I have been a patient of Amanda’s for over a year and from the first session she has made me feel very safe and seen. She helped me instill lifelong coping strategies and habits that have completely transformed my life.
If you are looking for a top notch therapist, I can’t recommend Amanda enough!
I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the guidance and support Apricus Counseling has given to me. The wisdom, encouragement, and belief my counselor, Amanda, has provided me have made a profound impact on my life. Through her coaching, I’ve gained clarity, confidence, and the tools to navigate challenges with a new perspective.
Her ability to inspire and empower is truly a gift, and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from her. Thank you Apricus Counseling and Amanda for your patience, insight, and for always pushing me to grow into the best version of myself.
I worked with Amanda Phillips on false beliefs I had about myself. She introduced me to EMDR therapy, and it was extremely helpful for sorting through past traumas and harsh memories. I still go back and reread my journals during this processing time and see how much I've grown from my time with Apricus.
We have been going to this office for almost 2 years and we are not going anywhere else. Corinne Paul is the best therapist in the world. Without her help we couldn't have gone through everything we've been through. Even out of her office hours she has been available to help us, and always with a smile on her face.
