Channing Calvert Palazzo

We are excited to welcome Channing to our team. She is joining us from The Vine Counseling. Channing, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who is passionate about empowering her clients to grow and thrive regardless of their history or challenging circumstances they are facing. She has worked in professional private private practice settings for the past 10 years and operates from a trauma-informed, attachment-focused perspective. She also utilizes internal family systems and brain-based models that focus on whole-person healing and integration. She is equipped to address struggles connected to faith and spirituality and can offer faith-integrated counseling when requested, while honoring and respecting all beliefs and backgrounds.

Prior to her role as a therapist, she worked in case management, residential and crisis centers, as well as various ministry roles serving a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds. She believes in meeting people exactly where they are without judgement and prioritizing safety and connection that supports their internal resilience.

Channing often works with individuals and families pursuing healing and growth from a variety of challenging circumstances like family or interpersonal struggles, trauma, dysfunction and difficult life transitions. She has extensive training and experience with concerns related to developmental trauma and has over 15 years of experience working with foster & adoptive families.

Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Campbellsville University
Gottman Level 1
Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy
Certified Prepare Enrich facilitator
